A defined package, not a folder of ambiguous files

Five steps

You approve the concept before detailed design begins.

01 · Assessment

You send the brief, photos, drawings or scan data. We review feasibility and reply within 48 hours with an assessment and a quote.

02 · Agreement

Scope, deliverables, acceptance criteria and schedule are written down. NDA first if needed.

03 · Concept

Layout, transmission ratio or part-splitting decisions are confirmed before we spend time on detail.

04 · Detail design

Full 3D, drawings, BOM and calculations. DFM review against the intended process.

05 · Support

Answers during prototyping, drawing revisions and troubleshooting at the supplier.

On-site attendance is not included for overseas projects. Reviews, mark-ups and prototype feedback are handled remotely by email and shared files; physical samples are shipped at the customer's cost.
